Our Services
We work with a network of seasoned professional business people whose services can help promote your business to greater success through realizing greater growth and profitability. We charge no front end retainer fees and we only get paid when you realize a benefit from our work. We invite you to have a brief initial conversation. The few minutes spent talking with us could lead to big increases in your bottom line.
We are currently focusing on buying businesses in the U.S. and Canada with sales of $20-100MM, EBITDA of $2-15MM and will pay up to $100MM per business.
Our primary role is to facilitate Mergers&Acquisition transactions for both private and public companies. If you want to sell a business, we can help you find a buyer. If you want to grow your business, we can help you find a business to acquire or to merge with.
For companies that want to grow their business, we also facilitate debt funding with no maximum loan amount limits and we can also arrange private equity capital for them.
For private companies thinking of raising capital by going public we provide an effective means of doing so. Through already listed, TSXV stock exchange Capital Pool Companies (CPCs), a merger is made through a Reverse Take Over of the CPC by the private company.
The principals of the CPC are typically top professionals often including a lawyer and/or an accountant who are shareholders with a vested interest to help the company succeed, guiding it through the process toward a completed transaction. Fully one third of the companies listed on the TSXV originated as CPCs. We have good CPC contacts.

Through our affiliate “M&A Worldwide”, with 44 representative offices in 33 countries, we have strong international networking capabilities.
We also:
-Facilitate loans against free trading stock. Minimum loan $1,000,000.
-Work with companies that prepare business plans, do business evaluation reports, prepare business investor decks and design websites.
-Work with several full service stock brokers who provide investment advice on public companies, retirement planning, some are also licensed to sell life, disability and property insurance products.
WE PROMOTE STOCKS WITH MAJOR WIN PROBABILITIES
About half the people in North America have invested in publicly trading companies. Given this interest we typically do investor relations work for one or two companies listed on the TSXV which is the main Canadian speculative stock exchange where life changing wins of 10-20 times your money can often happen within one year. We’ve had this experience a few times and we have developed an analytic process to identify stocks with this potential. In priority of importance we look for companies with the right:
PEOPLE
Must have a proven track record evidenced by past stocks in which they played a major role were big wins.
PROJECT
Must be scalable, with competitive advantages and significant barriers to entry.
PRICE
Now trading near their lows but historically were trading at much higher prices.
PROMOTION
You can have the best story but if no one hears about it, it mine as well be no story at all. We’re not licensed to sell stock. Rather, our job is to help investors become aware of these investment opportunities by disseminating company information. We have a group of about 800 stock brokers we work with. And we talk to people like yourself all day, every day.
Right now we are not doing IR work for any companies. We’re looking for a company that satisfies our criteria.

1. Ledomotors
The company is developing the first EV manufacturer in Ukraine with strong government support.
Created by Max Shkinder CMO, former senior designer for McClaren, Ledomotor’s prototype is truly beautiful. Ledo’s base price will be about $30,000 USD compared to Tesla’s Model 3 base priced at $40,000. The company has a partnership agreement with VW and Benteler to provide the underlying vehicle.
Ledo has an agreement in principle to provide the Ukraine national police force and other government agencies with 6,000 vehicles, a USD 180M contract. The company is raising $5.5M to build a working prototype.
This could be a nice lead into Elon Musk’s association with Donald Trump and the desire for post-war Ukraine economic reconstruction.
